This is a played with lot of accessories for G1 My Little Ponies. Baby Glory is included - she is nice but has some mark and discoloration to the white color. The diaper boxes are crushed with writing, the baby snow hat is missing the ball, and one ice skate is broken. Outfits are incomplete. There is other play wear but those are the major things.
There are a couple things that aren't My Little Pony - white underwear (could be one of the MLP dolls, like Megan?) and the braided "tail". I have no idea what that is but it came with this estate lot.
