This is a Blueberry Muffin with Cheesecake still factory sealed in a gorgeous box! She is the Hard Head version which is mostly noticeable by her face paint. The box is nearly perfect with only light wear.
She has a speck of dust in her chin like many of them do when they're trapped in their boxes. It isn't fungus although I can't guarantee it would wipe right off or that there aren't hidden spots. Her value is in being sealed in such a nice box and isn't really meant to be opened.
