This is a rare Kenner Care Bear item from 1986. They created a line of cubs with flocked vinyl faces and baby accessories. This L'il Swift Heart Cousin doesn't look played with! There's some lint on the face but no other flaws to note except he's missing his bonnet.
If I were going to keep him for myself, I'd find another one and take his bonnet - most of these are heavily worn with yellowed faces. This one is a gem whose condition is more consistent with a boxed item rather than loose. Unwashed, no bad smells.
