These Sylvanian sets have never been played with and are in their original boxes. The Timbertop family is sealed but the dad is loose inside from his arms slipping out of the ties. The box is very nice with some light wear. The Carrot House box wasn't sealed but the inner plastic was before I opened it. It comes with a cardboard hanger, sticker, and brochure. The box shows more wear than the other but isn't terrible.
