This is a My Little Pony card made by Current, Inc. in 1988. It's called a "dress-up" card and originally came with stickers. The artwork is GORGEOUS and features Love Melody Twice As Fancy Pony. It's blank on the back.

It is in near mint condition with vibrant colors but may have a slight crease or bend.
