This Mint Tulip appears unplayed with for the most part, but she has some flaws. There's soiling on her leg, spot on back of dress, and her hat stem has bled into the white hat. These spots might come out but I'd leave the hat as it is. The problem is when the stem gets wet it will continue to release dye.
